I have * memberships that I’m looking to change or cancel. I’m trying to talk to an actual person and don’t want to do it online. There’s too much going on with all the features to do it online. I called customer service and waited ** minutes to talk to someone. When they finally took my call they said there was nothing they could do and directed me to the website. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Really just want to cancel now.
