I was charged for * tickets including the Halloween pass at the park last Friday. I tried buying online and the scanner did read suspended so I went to guest services. I was given another ticket (likely when I was charged again) and scan said suspended again. My *nd attempt at guest services was successful and I was given a printed ticket. I am now waiting on a refund for one of the tickets I was charged for and it has been a full * days. I check my bank everyday online so I know it has not posted.
