Help with my Six Flags issue

My husband and I purchased tickets for our family through our Federal Employee service, however, we were unable to used them due to multiple deaths in our family and the tickets cost almost two hundred dollars for all five of us. The tickets expired *****. We can prove the deaths that have effected our family. Our children really need this day to escape all of the death that's happened. We already paid for the tickets we are just asking for an extension of the expiration date. We don't have the money to buy more tickets as a family of *, since we have assisted with funeral expenses of our family members. Thank you,*Aisha and Sabree Muhammad
