Help with my Six Flags issue

I tried to cancel two of my passes (Six Flags- St. Louis) using the online service but it showed an error message and stated for me to contact them by email to complete my cancellation. I sent the email listing the two members i wanted to cancel and again it stated for me to do it online. Again i sent another email stating that it told me to do it online and this time i received a message stating that they were sorry to see me go! I then checked and seen that not * but all * were cancelled and that it stated there was nothing they could do from there end. Im truly upset because not only were three of my passes cancelled but i also had a "basic meal plan" that was cancelled also! I dont truly have an issue with re-signing up for more passes, but i would like to know when will i be refunded for my meal plan that i only used once! It was stated that the cancellation was done by my request, but my request was not to cancel all my passes but just two and i have copies of the email if needed! Please help me to resolve this issue and Thank You! Lakeshia White
