When I bought my car, I took advantage of the free Sirius trial. Near the end of the trial, a Sirius rep called to ask if I wanted to cancel or if I was enjoying it it. I let her know I loved it, I just needed to save money. She offered me a $**month deal, which I completely agreed to and loved....until today.... I checked my bank account and for at least * (possibly *) months I have been getting charged $**.** monthly for my service. I have been out on FMLA recovering from surgery and I never agreed to continue a full price service nor am I getting a paycheck at all while out on medical leave. I'm sad to lose my service, but can you or someone cancel this for me and process refunds for the charges I didn't give anyone permission to obtain. Please, I am begging you because I have two kids and had to go on medical leave suddenly without warning and a paycheck so every little bit helps! Kind regards, Karen
