I have a car account from a [redacted] Volvo S 60 Sedan that I turned in from a lease. The Sirius contract on this vehicle is set to expire in [redacted]. I am interested in transferring this agreement to my new [redacted] Volvo S 60 Sedan. I want the remaining contract time to begin after the complimentary 90-day trial period provided with the [redacted] car. I contacted your international customer service office, but they could not assist me. I requested to speak with a customer service representative in the United States but was left waiting on hold for 40 minutes before I needed to disconnect the call. I have been a dedicated subscriber with contracts on both my vehicles for many years. Please help me resolve this matter.

I recently had my lifetime subscription canceled without any notification from the company. Despite multiple calls, I have received no resolution, only being told that a ticket has been opened and someone would contact me within a week, which has now turned into almost a month with no communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and I simply want my lifetime account reinstated. Regards, Paul M.

My lifetime subscription was unexpectedly canceled without any notification. The customer service I received over the phone was poor, as I was transferred overseas to representatives I had difficulty understanding. On October 13, [redacted], I noticed an unauthorized charge of $62.31 on my debit card from your automated billing system. Despite being a long-time customer who typically renews over the phone, I was surprised by this incident. After calling your office on the same day, the amount was promptly refunded to my account. To avoid any overdraft fees from my credit union, I kindly request a statement faxed to them at [redacted] confirming the error in billing. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I took advantage of the free Sirius trial when I purchased my car. Near the end of the trial, a Sirius representative called to inquire about my satisfaction. I mentioned I enjoyed it but needed to save money. The rep offered me a $2 per month deal, which I happily accepted. However, after reviewing my bank statements today, I noticed I have been charged $27.26 monthly for at least 2 to 3 months. I have been on FMLA recovering from surgery and did not authorize the continuation of a full-price service as I am currently not receiving a paycheck. While I am saddened to lose the service, I kindly request assistance to cancel it and process refunds for the unauthorized charges. I have two children and my sudden medical leave has left me without a source of income, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Karen.

I have spent a total of three hours trying to resolve an issue with activating a student discount rate offer, which I mistakenly thought was for my card radio instead of streaming. After an unsuccessful chat session and two phone calls to customer service that led me to representatives in the Philippines who had difficulty understanding English, I am still unable to cancel before being charged for another month. I expressed my frustration, requested to speak to someone who could comprehend English, and insisted on being transferred to a person in the United States. Despite the time wasted, I am hopeful that the next representative will be able to assist me promptly and effectively.

I previously enjoyed using my Sirius radio until I encountered a billing issue that I couldn't resolve. In October, I contacted customer service regarding the $5 per month promotion for my Silverado and my wife's Rav 4. I mistakenly thought the billing was only for the Silverado, but I was actually being charged for both vehicles, totaling $45 per month. I requested a refund from the manager for the difference, but he explained he couldn't issue one and mentioned the $5 promotion was ongoing. Despite my confusion, I decided to cancel my service. I'm disappointed that this situation couldn't be resolved, especially since I recently added some Christmas stations that my family enjoyed during meals.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. I attempted to change my password but was unsuccessful. I reached out to Customer Service yesterday and today for help. After several hours, I was redirected to tech support. The technician acknowledged that this issue has persisted for the past two days. They mentioned they would contact me once the problem is resolved. Please address this situation more effectively. Instead of a generic apology email, I request an email explaining the problem, its cause, and why the customer service representatives were unaware of it. Thank you.

I am writing regarding a concern with my Sirius Radio subscription. In [redacted], I purchased a [redacted] Chevrolet Trailblazer from FBN Auto Sales in Highland Park, NJ, which came with a trial of Sirius Radio. I decided to subscribe to the all-access package for $[redacted].11/year after the trial ended. Due to a job-related injury, I have been out of work for 11 months. During this time, I believe I received an offer for an Onyx EZ home and vehicle kit for $5 or even for free. However, I have been unknowingly charged $34.00/month for the past 3 years in addition to my annual subscription fee. After a frustrating phone call earlier tonight, I am looking for evidence of this offer and need to cancel the $34.00 monthly charge. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I'm disappointed that Howard Stern made such a disturbing suggestion regarding disinfectant. As a responsible employer, you should address this behavior. Hello Sirius XM Radio Customer Service, I am experiencing an issue with my new [redacted] Cadillac XT4 where the XM radio keeps fading out after 3 seconds. This problem only started approximately a week ago. I visited the dealership on May 4, [redacted], and was informed that there is an issue with several models of new cars, including mine, related to Article No. ASC#[redacted]. I have just renewed my membership recently after the trial membership expired, and now I am facing these issues. I canceled this service a few months ago, but the company continued to charge me. I reached out in April, and a customer service representative confirmed the cancellation. Despite this, the charges persisted. In May, after numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone, I discovered their customer service email on the website. They claimed to have no record of my cancellation and insisted I owe approximately $20.

I think many listeners would love a Jerry Lee Lewis channel on Sirius-XM. His extensive collection of music in rock, country, blues, gospel, and standards deserves a dedicated channel. With numerous albums, awards, and even having his music played on the moon, Jerry Lee Lewis is an iconic musician in many genres. Exploring original songs covered by JLL could be captivating for fans, showcasing his unique interpretations. Paying tribute to his beginnings at Sun Studio with legendary artists like Elvis and Johnny Cash would also be a significant addition to the channel. Despite challenges with copyrights, a Sirius-XM channel dedicated to Jerry Lee Lewis would be a fantastic idea for fans worldwide to enjoy his music in one place.

I purchased a promotion that included a free Echo Dot (3rd generation) from XM, delivered by Amazon due to their partnership with Sirius. After many unsuccessful attempts to set up the device, I am requesting a replacement. The Echo Dot repeatedly states it is not registered despite numerous efforts. I recently purchased a new car and am having trouble activating my XM radio. Despite contacting XM three times, the activation process has failed repeatedly. While the radio ID displays on the screen, I can only receive audio signal on channel 1, with all other channels remaining inactive after activation attempts. XM customer service has been unable to resolve the issue and promised a follow-up call that never came. My car dealership confirmed the vehicle is functioning correctly, ruling out any hardware issue. Today, XM support claimed to be too busy to assist, leading me to an unproductive online chat session that abruptly ended after repeated unsuccessful attempts. The lack of progress is frustrating, particularly since I committed to a year-long subscription during my initial call. Any assistance with activating XM on my Volkswagen Atlas would be greatly appreciated.

I sent a check #[redacted] for $36.35 on 11/24/[redacted] to P.O. Box [redacted] in Louisville, Kentucky, provided by your representative. I prefer not to provide credit card information due to past fraud. I tried to pay for a year upfront to qualify for the Echo Dot promotion but was told it required a credit card. I received a payment notice days after having Sirius connected and now my subscription is terminated despite not receiving the station. Please assist with my account [redacted]02.

I reached out via chat and was advised to email my complaint. The Joint has been moved to channel [redacted], which I cannot access in my car. It's my go-to channel while driving. Instead, another Hip Hop channel has taken its place, leaving us with multiple Hip Hop channels. Channel 19 now plays incessantly, and we are tired of Bob and his children dominating our listening experience. This change feels like a decision rooted in US politics and financial interests. We do not support these motivations. Please return The Joint to the car radio lineup. We're considering canceling our subscription due to what appears to be a politically driven decision by management.

I enjoy listening to Sirius XM, especially the Christmas music during the holidays. I actually love Christmas music throughout the year, so having a dedicated Christmas channel like Holiday Traditions year-round would be wonderful. Additionally, I would like to suggest adding a channel for Alex Jones and Infowars. Despite him being outspoken, many listeners appreciate his perspective and value honesty in reporting.
