On ********** your automated billing system billed my debit card for $**.** without my permission. I’ve been a customer for many years and I’m always negotiated my renewal over the phone. I called your office on ***** and you put the money back into my account. My credit union will waiver the overdraft fee if you will fax over a statement saying that I was billed in error. The fax* is ***-***-****. Thank you again from a loyal customer.

I’ve been a happy customer for over *yrs, but a problem arose a few days ago. Happy to say the situation was alleviated by the representative that I spoke with. An automatic renewal was a temporary problem and the situation was resolved by getting a considerable discount on a new “term “. I give Sirius-XM a score of ** on a scale of *-** with ** being the highest score. Cusps to a professional company. Keep up the good work Sirius-XM.
