I have had unsatisfactory service and billing issues with Sirius XM since **** and have been unable to get their apologetic but less-than-effective foreign-based Listener Care staff to correct issues, cancel services, and rectify billing issues for unrequested, unused services for Account ************* despite innumerable phone calls, most in excess of one hour.**The Internet is full of years and years of complaints by dissatisfied consumer posted against Sirius XM's business practices and poor Customer Service. A truly disgraceful company with unethical business practices. duration. **For these reasons, I am also filing a Consumer Complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General, Office of Consumer Complaints on this matter. **Resolution: ***. Cancel all non-complimentary services.***. Cease all communications (mail, phone, e-mail) billing actions for services, and solicitations for future services.***) Close my account and eliminate any present or current alleged past-due billing because I am not using the services.**I am not using Sirius*XM services active or not, and have requested multiple times that all pay services associated with my name be terminated, and all Sirius XM phone calls and billing actions, and solicitations be ceased immediately. **Any complimentary services provided by auto manufacturers are not to be terminated. No-services are to be extended beyond previously paid, or any complimentary service end dates. **I do not accept any current, or future billing charges as I have not requested or consented in any deliberate or positive way to these services. I have specifically not provided and credit card information to Sirius XM due their unethical billing practices, and do not accept current or future billing charges to any credit card account associated with my family.
