The issue in GetHuman-apmech's own words
Listen to the same proram ... I would like this change... If Sirus XM changes a program on a channel in my car (such as right now Channel ** being Yacht Rock Radio in my car through the summer), that same program should be available on that very same channel in my online account and App without having to buy a higher online package. Throughout the year the channels online and in my car are exactly same program, why does it have to be different just for the summer with Yacht Rock. I love Yacht Rock and like it through the summer* however, I cannot get channel *** to hear it online because of my online package. But if you can give it to me on channel ** for the summer in my car, why can't you also put it on channel ** for the summer online an in the app. I have the mostly music package with online streaming and feel if you can change the program on my radio, you should also put that same program on the same channel online or App at no additional cost (again, please note Yacht Rock now playing on channel **). If you do not have to charge more for me to hear it in my car, I should not have to pay more to also hear it online. I should hear the exact same thing online as in my car at any point, period.**Thank you.
I should have the exact same program on the exact same channel online as I do in my car. For instance Yacht Rock is on my car radio for the summer, but the online streaming and App have the regular programing. They say I have to pay more to get it online. If you can change the program on a certain in the car, that program needs to be exactly on the same channel in the App and online.
Simply putting the same program on the streaming channel as they are playing on the radio and I should be able to listen to it online. For example, the car radio program on channel **, should be the exact same online on channel **, whether or not its Yacht Rock. All I want is the exact same program on the exact same channel online and in my car so I can hear the exact same thing no matter how I listen to it.
A customer for * years. Have mostly music program in * vehicles plus streaming tied to one account.
I have chatted live, I have called customer service and they say the only way I can listen to Yacht Rock online or the App is to buy a higher package. But, if I can get it in my car on Channel **, why can't channel ** on my online acct and App be exactly the same as the car?
