Hello, I called about three weeks ago to cancel my subscription, but I saw that I was still charged for the next six months of service. I have really enjoyed having Sirius XM radio but I am not in a position financially to afford the service. The representative offered me a special rate contingent on my trial with my vehicle, but I’m not able to afford the discounted $****mo. rate with the regular rate starting up in December. I would like the charge removed from my account. Thank you.
