I wrote the VP of Operations and Connected Vehicles, May **th about a major concern … many snail mail requests and a few email requests to re-activate my former subscription for my **** Prius, in which I was seriously injured … I was rear ended on I-** at a high rate of speed, did a *** degree counterclockwise rotation and was stopped by the guardrail facing the opposite direction I was travelling * required complicated spinal surgery a lengthy recovery period. I included color pictures of a recent ******* request, and the damaged Prius with my letter. This weekend I received another snail mail request to re-activate that vehicle's account, from the President, Mr. Meyer. With each request Sirius*XM has forced me to re-live that forever life changing accident. I want to renew my current subscription for the yearly rate of $**.** for several years. That should not be too much to ask, considering the marketing standards Sirius*XM uses. The VP has yet to respond to my request and I'm exceedingly upset with Sirius*XM's constant request to re-activate my subscription for a vehicle that neatly took my life. And no response is to my snail mail correspondence is rather unprofessional. My current vehicle is a **** Buick Encore. GetHuman-ucfsu did not yet indicate what Sirius/XM should do to make this right.
