Spoke to two separate customer care reps.*Got a call on a home phone not listed with the company for our services—had been linked to another account that doesn’t belong to us. I requested that the number be removed from the call list. Reps insisted on my own name and address—of which time they changed and added it to the account belonging to the OTHER PERSON. They even gave me their email address ending at UPMC. I requested that the number NOT be added to my account. These reps refused to remove my number and in the end, one disconnected the call while the other named “Mark” gave me a false corporate number once I cited CPI complaince issues and how they cannot change customer information in accounts that the customer themselves did not request.
GetHuman-tatanise did not yet indicate what Sirius/XM should do to make this right.
