I am Jessica Walsh, my husband is Zak Mulligan. We are currently on a Singapore air flight Booking Reference USO*** from Bali * Singapore (SQ *** ) * from Singapore * Mumbai (SQ ***). We were catching a flight after our Singapore airlines flight from Mumbai * Kochi. Since our flight from Singapore to Mumbai is delayed, we will not make this connecting flight. The next flight out is not until the next morning. For reference we got an email that SQ*** departing on ** Dec ****, **:** has been retimed to ** Dec ****, **:**. The flight is estimated to arrive in Mumbai on ** Dec ****, **:**.**Therefor, we have booked another flight from Singapore * Kochi on another airline to avoid hotel charges in Mumbai and to avoid losing an entire day of time on travel. We have very limited holiday and can’t afford to lose a day of travel, and we also could not get money back on our hotel in Kochi, so we had no option. We'd like a refund for a portion of our flight due to the delay on Singapore Airlines part, as we had to spend ***$ to rebook new flights to Kochi on another airline in addition to hundreds of dollars in clothes * makeup i just bought since I wasn't able to retrieve my baggage after your customer service said it would be rerouted to me. **I am a Star Alliance gold member: Jessica Walsh Star Alliance (United) CB******.
