I am extremely dissatisfied with Simple Mobile. I bought a phone and monthly plan from Family Dollar. Upon activating the phone I realized the phone had no SIM. After activation online I still couldnt make calls. I took it upon myself to go back to the store to see if they sold a SIM for the phone. I also checked different locations. Couldn't find one. I called Simple Mobile to discuss issue. I was told to return everything to Family Dollar. After thd third attempt I spoke with the manager who was able to refund the phone. She was unable to refund the plan because it was already activated. I call your company back and all I hear is there is nothing that can be done. I find that hard to believe. Things happen. The phone was useless and I shouldnt be stuck paying a monthlu bill and I cant even use the phone. I dont have the phone number or SIM number I returned the phone like instructed by a Simple Mobile associate over the phone. I do have my receipt from Family Dollar. I had already called in total over * times and shouldnt your system have record of that or that I activated it online. The associate knew it had been activated. This issue needs to be resolved. Thd Family Dollar it was purchased from was on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh North Carolina. They can further assist with any other numbers you may need. I am very dissatisfied. Thd only thing I have heard from y'alls end is there is nothing that can be done and there is you can refund the month of service that wasnt utilized because of faulty equipment. Thank you.
