Help with my Simple Mobile issue

I bought a Simple Mobile phone and I want to activate it so that I can load a pre-paid card. Unfortunately, I don't have the red card that displays my SIM card number. How can I use my phone if I no longer have this red card that came with the original purchase?
GetHuman-mhagan did not yet indicate what Simple Mobile should do to make this right.

I found that I could take apart the phone and view the SIM number that way. I had previously spent entirely too much money on iPhones and, as a result, I wasn't used to taking my phone apart. Anyway, I found d my way to the SIM card and the number I needed so all is well.
