I ordered my mom a gift card for $**. It asked when to send it. I said dec **. She received it on dec **!! So early. It was meant to be a surprise!! I was annoyed with this. Then when my mom tried to use the card it is charging her for her purchase. The code won’t work when put in!?! It also says she had an *x* free book because she is new. And when she puts that in it charges her as wel??? I’m not very happy with this gift card. It was meant to be a surprise for Christmas Day!! And now it’s not even working!!! The $** gift card also cost me $**$ I assume because I’m paying amarican prices when I’m Canadian? *I have been on hold for over ** mins waiting to talk to a person. I would like this to be resolved as it also says the gift card expires on dec **!!
