I ordered prints off the app that I was going to use to make Christmas presents for my family - we just had a baby in March and they are pics of him and our family this entire year. However, ALL of the prints were zoomed in cutting off people's heads or other important aspects of the photo. I called about this issue and they offered to resend the order for free and fix the issue. I was very pleased with the quick response time - however, the quality of the photos that I recieved the second time was exactly the same as the photos that I recieved in the first order. They were all zoomed in and they cut out several important parts of the photos. Many of my favorite photos of our baby and our family were completely ruined and unusable. And at this point I do not have time to get another "redo" before Christmas. *I have taken photos of the *** photos of my order that were completely ruined and I am just devastated. Half of the photos that I ordered were high quality photos from a professional photo shoot of our family and all of these were zoomed in so that it cut out important parts of the photo such as people's faces. I really don't want another remake of the order because the same thing will probably happen again but I would appreciate a refund. I do not think I will be ordering prints from the app again as much as I love your other products I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality and production of the prints. If you would like me to send you the files of the photos that I took of the ruined prints I will gladly email them to you. Thank you for your time.**Kristen Truett
