I have used Vista-prints for the last * years or so to help me make our family’s calendar. My stepdaughter raved about your company, so I decided to try it this year. I had multiple problems with the website. It froze, lost my pics, was unable to process my order, etc. After * hours, I finally got it perfect* only to get my order today with only January and February’s personalized dates. I called your customer service and Kimberly’s computer froze and she couldn’t see my project. Although she apologized and offered me free shipping to remake them, I am inwilling to pay another $***.**. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied that my Christmas presents will be less than their stellar predecessors!
