Think our order yesterday got placed twice!! I texted Shutterfly last night but no response. Emailed Shutterfly this morning but no response! Waited for a call back for two hours but it never came. Sat on hold for ** plus minutes before the phone line was cut off! First year of ordering Christmas cards for my family and yesterday’s order for my Parents. May never use Shutterfly again if I don’t get help with this double order. I don’t know how it happen but I got two confirmation numbers. I’m very frustrated and don’t have time for this. Nor does my Mom want to be charged for two orders!! Please help!! My phone number is ***-***-****. Thank you! Kay Langstaff
