Customers want*need an easy way to reach out and contact Shutterfly. The Customer Service options (all pull down) never offer a phone number or email to get a person or advocate. Shutterfly does not seem to offer a chat. I do not appreciate having to google "how to contact Shutterfly" to get any kind of info on how to get a message to them.
Suggestions? *. I could be issued a refund for this order. *. Shutterfly could remake and resend the notes.**. Shutterfly could chase down UPS and search for the lost orange envelope. I just want to know from Shutterfly WHAT they will do.
I am a frequent customer especially of special promotions that come via email or Facebook. I have two weddings and two baby showers in my immediate future. I think I need to consider Zazzle or some other company to make my invitations and wedding materials. It is too frustrating to get help if needed!

Nothing shows a phone number or email to use to report NOT RECEIVED ORDERS. There is no next step to take if you do not get the info you need in online info.
