On my second attempt to get a book that I was happy with, the book I re-ordered was not satisfactory. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, who just informed me that two of the pictures turned out weird, with linear frames overlaid on the photos. She emailed me the * photos, which I can forward to you. On one of the pictures I noticed that frame, but couldn't get rid of it, and thought it would disappear when printed. The other photo did not show the frame. I feel that since this was not my fault, and was obviously not meant to be included, that this book should be reprinted correctly and re-sent to my daughter for free. I had great difficulty all along with your website, as it seemed very difficult to correct or delete something without starting all over.*Marilyn Lepape
