I soon found out after calling next day that Shutterfly is not avail when I am not working (before *:**a est and after *p est). Went to working on a photo book by uploading and selecting pictures and wanting the pictures to be put in by myself, not arranged different ways and cropped short or part of pic left out. I am totally frustrated with the roundabout way the company operates, is not available, does not have in house people to reach even by email and get a timely reply back - it seems they outsource it. I have already now spent * hrs trying to get to the right site and right "person" to state the problem. My many days of this month's worth of work is running out.
