False advertising and horrible customer service, ridiculous hold times

The issue in GetHuman-reistere's own words
Use promotion code cybermonday to get my **-**%off and the additional **%. Wouldn't allow me to do so. ... Your add clearly has stated for the past two days for cyber Monday*Tuesday that you get up to **% off * an additional **% off with code "cybermonday". Yeah, that's a lie and false advertising. I tried several times and it wouldn't give me it. I could get one of two discounts...*. the **% or **% depending on how much you spent and free shipping OR *. **% only and free shipping*No matter what I did, I tried deleting codes, including free shipping, etc and the cybermonday wouldn't work. So, I just placed my order to make sure I at least got the **% and called customer service, which was a joke. ** min hold time and you betcha I held to finally get someone who doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. She tells me I can't apply two discount codes. I kept telling her what the add said but she just didn't understand. She wouldn't give me the extra **% because I already added the *****% code. I was like the cybermonday wouldn't work even when I took that code off and if it did work I would have gotten my **% off (up to **) AND the ADDITIONAL **%! So can you just apply the **. Nope, because I can't use two codes. I cancelled my order, she didn't care. So, a loss of a sale, future sales and bad mouthing a company? Nope, they don't care. So, after I get off phone I ask all of my fb what they interpret that add toean because now I'm thinking I'm stupid. Every person thought the same so now I know I'm not crazy. I then go back on, try again and nope won't work. I took off items because I just am not spending that much and am in a bind and didn't even get exactly what I had wanted. Not to mention all the time I wasted trying to figure out dumb codes and my gold time of over an hour with no help! I will never use your company again if this is how you advertise and how customer service treats customers. I don't want a credit, I will never use it, I want my extra **%credited back to my card.
The add*code won't work and now I'm mad and get even more angry to wait on hold for over an hour to get a rep who didn't care!!!

Why does this even matter??? However I would have been a new customer but after all this and now wasting even more time, **% not likely to continue to be one
