I placed an order today of a total of ** prints (*x* matte) and it first declined my order because I had typed my phone number incorrectly. I reloaded the page and also had to insert my card credentials again, I pressed order and it told me that for some reason it was declined. However, a few moments later my bank messaged me (because everytime I order online it sends me an sms saying what I purchased) saying I had bough from shutterfly. But when I go to my account's order history it says I've ordered nothing. This is a problem because shutterfly has apparently charged me for something that seems like I will not get. So please, I would like to know if my order did get through or the system is malfunctioning? Thank you.
