I have a *:** flight tonight from LaGuardia and I was in Monticello. I figured I would take the *:** bus to Queens city and then take a cab to airport. First the bus was half hour late. That would have been fine. However, AFTER picking up people at Woodbury commons the driver announced that there was a “change of plans” because his hours were over or something of that nature, and we would thus be switching drivers. That would Also be manageable although Doesn’t make much sense because “what was he thinking “. The driver then drove IN THE WRONG DIRECTION going backwards around ** minutes each way then back to Woodbury !!. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed and will probably miss my flight. This is not a matter of traffic or bus malfunction which happens -this was TOTALLY AVOIDABLE and unacceptable. I have taken short line before and was satisfied but this is beyond any sense of normalcy and right*wrong and I cannot see myself ever taking shortline again until I hear a god explanation and you make this up to me somehow. You literally ruined my day and possibly my whole work week as I probably will not be able to fly tonight.
