I am curious about Shopify Payments not being available in India. Over [redacted],[redacted] Shopify users are using the platform in India. It would be great to have the Shopify Payments option for our Indian store. When will it be launched in India? I see Shopify and Shopify Plus are present in India, so why hasn't the payments gateway been introduced? I am willing to offer 2-3% per transaction for this service. Currently, I only have Paypal as a payment option. India is a significant market in e-commerce, ranking as the 3rd largest country in the industry. Stripe is already available in India, so I wonder about the delay in Shopify Payments. I have sent an email to discuss this further.

I made two purchases on the weekend from Xeucis on their website during Black Friday sales. However, the store is now inaccessible. I would like to confirm if this business is legitimate or if there are technical issues causing the site to be down. I am worried that it might have been a fraudulent store and I am now $[redacted] out of pocket. As I cannot access the store's contact information anymore, I am unsure how to cancel my orders. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing the payouts for my store. I have made approximately 19 sales, with some going to PayPal and others processed through Shopify Payments. When I check my payouts, the orders not processed via PayPal are marked as Paid, but I have not received any funds in my bank account. I am using Shopify with the minimal theme for my domain, and I am experiencing an issue with product images. I am unable to click, select, or zoom in on any image other than the first one when multiple images are uploaded for a product. Additionally, I am looking to incorporate a mega menu for the main menu and a sidebar menu for the collection page to enhance navigation on my website. This is time-sensitive as I need to launch my website in the next 2 days. I would appreciate prompt assistance on how to resolve the problem with the product images and guidance on adding the mega menu and sidebar menu effectively. Thank you.

I'm an individual customer who purchased a reborn doll as a Christmas gift. The item should have already been shipped, but I encountered issues when attempting to contact the seller via email at [redacted] Payment was made via credit card through PayPal, totaling $[redacted].99 ($[redacted].99 for the doll and $20.00 for shipping). I'm hesitant to involve fraud services that request my credit card information for signing up. I urgently request either the delivery of the doll or a prompt refund. Subject: Moon Lamp XL Purchase Inquiry Hello, I purchased the Levitating Moon Lamp XL online through Shopify on December 5th as a Christmas gift and made the payment using my Mastercard. The item was delivered on December 7th. As I was going through the instructions, I realized that to fully enjoy the "moon" effect, it seems that a 24-key remote unit is required. Unfortunately, this remote was not included in the package and was not mentioned on the website. Before I proceed with returning the package for a refund, I would like to inquire if the remote is supposed to be part of the product but was inadvertently left out of the package, or if it is available as a separate purchase elsewhere. I placed an order with a website called Special Hype over a month ago through their Shopify portal. Despite reaching out via email and Instagram, I have not received a response. The Instagram message mentioned that my order #[redacted] has been processed and shipped but is experiencing delays in delivery. They offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. It has been over two weeks since this message, and I have not received any further updates or a tracking number. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction and would like to know if Shopify can provide any insights or assistance in this matter.

I recently discovered that my cousin made an unauthorized purchase using my debit card on a Shopify vendor named Vita Marketing to buy an EBO robot for cats. I need to cancel the order promptly since I did not authorize this transaction. Additionally, I suspect that the website might be fraudulent because the product does not appear to be genuine. Approximately a month ago, I made a purchase on retropro.com for a Retro Pro Gaming Station with Order# [redacted]. On 11/22, I received a shipment notification email providing a tracking link. Recently, I attempted to track my order, but the link directed me to a non-existent website. When I clicked the customer support link, it redirected me to the Shopify website. I am concerned about the status of my order and have attempted to contact them via email without receiving a response.

I purchased the Liberty Furniture Industries Morgan Creek Console Table with Stools for $[redacted] or $99 US through the company Eternal on Shopify. Unfortunately, after sending my payment to Big-Bear-StoresL, I received nothing. Attempts to follow up via email were unsuccessful, and the website has since disappeared. This product, also advertised as fouiety.best, seems to have been a scam. I am seeking a full refund and requesting that these fraudulent companies be removed from Shopify.

We've been using Shopify for a few months now, and it's been working well. However, this past week, we've encountered a problem with our domain. Our website, www.deckingsuppliesonline.com.au, is not opening in Chrome on any device, but it does open in Internet Explorer. I contacted our third-party domain provider, and they mentioned that the issue is not on their end. I'm wondering if this could be related to Shopify.

I made a purchase from a store using Shopify two weeks ago (a jersey from jerseygalaxy.org). I received a text confirming the order with an order number, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, I am unable to track my order as the link provided is broken, and the phone number is disconnected. The company does not have alternative contact methods on their website. I made a purchase from a company called Channel Wavy, which is powered by your company. My order was placed on October 26th, and I am still waiting for the items to arrive. Despite being informed on November 26th via Instagram that there was a delay due to Thanksgiving, and that I should expect my order the week of December 2nd, I have yet to receive it. I have tried emailing the address provided on the website and messaging them on Instagram, but I have not received any responses. These items were meant for an event I have this weekend, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have experienced. I am unsure of how to follow up on this issue, how to file a complaint, and what steps to take if I do not receive my items or a refund. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I received the confirmation email but haven't received any shipping information yet. I have tried contacting Jeffree Star Cosmetics regarding this matter through customer service emails, but unfortunately, have not received a response. I've heard that some orders are being canceled due to product shortages. Despite trying to contact them via phone and email with no response, I have noticed they changed their contact information. I've noticed a discrepancy in the payouts I receive from Shopify after a sale is made. For instance, a customer bought a product for $21 CAD, including shipping. The wallet deduction was $27, but the payout to me was only $21. This means I'm actually paying more than I'm making. I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding something or if there's an issue with the system. Can anyone shed some light on this situation?

I recently made a purchase on Blondedshop using Shopify for a shirt, but it has not been delivered, and tracking information is unavailable. After reaching out to the seller by email, they promised to send a replacement, but it has been over a month without any update. They suggested contacting the shipping company, but I lack the tracking number to reach out to USPS.
