I proceeded with purchasing a domain and theme, only to encounter difficulty navigating through the platform, which was frustrating. In my attempts to find a customer service phone number on Shopify, I was directed to a paid option of $[redacted], which was unacceptable to me. Frustrated, I sent an email requesting cancellation of my account and a refund. When I attempted to reach out by phone using a number from an online search, I faced a recorded message that abruptly disconnected the call, adding to the list of grievances. I have decided to terminate my account and seek a refund for my purchases. My interests involve selling women's attire and home decor. - LR

I made a purchase on April 4th and received an email confirmation the same day. After inquiring about the shipping status on April 29th, I was told on April 30th that the order was processed and shipped, pending a tracking number. Despite follow-up messages on May 15th and May 18th, I have not received any updates or the order. I have now requested a refund due to the lack of tracking information six weeks post-order. Even after almost another week with no responses to my messages, the order is still missing, along with any tracking details. The order in question is #[redacted], placed with Pluto Deals for one Premium Gravity Fed Sandblasting Gun, costing a total of $59.40. After nearly 7 weeks, my request stands to cancel the order and issue a prompt refund of $59.40.

After switching from Square to Shopify months ago to expand our business, we encountered issues with document verification for our deposits. I promptly submitted all required information as requested, even double-checking over the phone. However, we continued to face delays with our deposits being on hold, despite multiple submissions and assurances of receipt. The lack of communication from Shopify's side has left us frustrated as we have funds from product sales tied up. I sought to speak directly with the team handling our case but was informed I could only communicate with customer service representatives, referred to as gurus. This limitation in communication channels and the ongoing delay in resolving the issue have led to great inconvenience as it impacts our cash flow. I expressed my urgency for a resolution during my recent conversation with a guru, insisting on timely updates through calls, texts, or emails, yet uncertainty remains. The prolonged holding of our funds without transparent dialogue or direct access to the decision-makers is concerning and has prompted me to consider escalating this matter further.

Hello, I recently made a purchase from Coolieshop, and I'm facing some issues. I made payments for two orders, #[redacted] and #[redacted], and have not received a tracking number. After receiving an order confirmation email on October 27th, the website went offline shortly. Upon finding them on Facebook, I noticed the security certificate for the confirmation emails is registered under Shopify.com, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the vendor. I have observed similar complaints from other customers who also feel scammed. The vendor is still advertising, and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter. I am frustrated at the moment. I am looking to find out who I should reach out to in order to report the scam connected to the provided phone number. They are asking for card details and redirecting to a new program without canceling the account. This has happened a total of three times since February [redacted], charging $10.65 each month. I demand a refund as I have not been treated properly. The way they speak to me is disrespectful, and the process is repetitive and ineffective. After 45 minutes, my card details were taken, with an assurance of no charges. I want a full refund, removal of my card information, and to be completely out of this situation. I talked to Richard and then Mike, who claimed to be a supervisor. I am tired of the lies and deception.

I had a negative experience with Solopopgo through their listing on Shopfy.com. I bought a folding treadmill for $[redacted].99 but never received it despite receiving a shipment confirmation email. I tried contacting the seller at darixinkiem.gmail.com with no response. I have all the email correspondence and proof of the charge. I am seeking a refund or guidance on how to reach the seller.

I am determined to pursue this matter thoroughly to track down the individual responsible for illegally using your service to sell products and take my money. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times. Despite being assured it was resolved, the only change has been the deduction of $10.65 from my checking account. When contacting customer service, they offered unwanted deals and transferred me to a number resulting in daily phone calls I do not desire. I have been dealing with this since March and am frustrated with the continuous deductions and false promises. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately. I will seek assistance from the appropriate agency if necessary. Thank you.

On December 9th, I made a purchase from a company named HolidayDiscontz. Unfortunately, despite the deduction of funds from my account, the order was never shipped. Numerous attempts to reach out to them have been futile, as their website is now inaccessible. I strongly suspect this may have been a scam. This entire ordeal has been extremely aggravating and disheartening. I am at a loss for what steps to take next. Rest assured, if I encounter any website associated with your service, I will steer clear in the future. I eagerly await a prompt response and will make it a point to warn others about using it.

I am reaching out about a concern with a Shopify help ticket (# [redacted]8) opened on December 3, [redacted], for 4thstreetbags.com (previously known as "us-to-u-coffee" on Shopify). My spouse and I initially bought the primary domain from Shopify around September 9, [redacted], along with a subscription, and later added apps for our dropshipping store. We employed a Fiverr developer for store building and design tasks, in addition to paying the $79 monthly Shopify plan and app fees. We paused activities in early November to concentrate on another store for Black Friday that we operated through Shopify. Upon returning to the store on December 3, [redacted], to resume and publish it, we discovered that the months of pricing modifications, reformatting, and product description edits were all reverted, leading to a disorganized mess. Key details were deleted, formatting was altered, and essential information was missing, causing major setbacks. Despite our efforts to rectify this, both Oberlo and Shopify have been unable to help us understand the root cause of these issues. We have invested significant time and money into this venture, and the current state is unacceptable. We request assistance in recovering at least the charges incurred from Shopify. I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with a vendor, That Home Stuff, on behalf of the City of Columbia, MO. We ordered a $49.99 Estink Heavy Duty Folding Hand Truck, placed on 9/17/19, which was never received. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and obtain a refund, communication with That Home Stuff (email: [redacted]) has been unproductive. Due to the vendor's lack of response, our procurement person had to cover the cost personally. Given That Home Stuff operates under Shopify, we are inquiring if Shopify can facilitate the refund, assuming vendors under their umbrella adhere to certain standards. Alternatively, we suggest Shopify fulfill the order or recover the payment made to the vendor. While $50 may seem insignificant, it is a considerable amount for our team. We value a prompt resolution and hope for your cooperation in addressing this matter. I can provide all correspondence between our procurement person and the vendor upon request. I made a purchase from kmzstorex for a textbook, but I have not received any shipping information yet. Despite being charged and receiving an order confirmation, the book has not been shipped within their promised timeframe of 2 business days. I have tried contacting them through email, but one bounced my messages and the other has not responded. The only contact information provided was two email addresses and a physical address which seems suspicious. I am frustrated and seeking a refund for the purchase and shipping costs, as it seems like this company might not be legitimate. I wish to address the concerning matter regarding the increase in charges on my account "vente-express-pro" on Shopify even after I closed it at the start of March. Hello. I need help setting up FBA Amazon fulfillment from the US. I am unable to see the option to add the AMAZON FBA dropship under settings, shipping on my basic yearly Shopify plan. I am currently on a trial for nine days and signed up from Europe but will be shipping from the US. Can you assist me in enabling the dropship FBA option under settings, shipping without needing a ByteStand plugin for global shipping? I only want to ship within the US for one product, a card game called The World Game, solely through FBA. Thank you for your guidance.

I am seeking information to return a product I bought that did not solve my issue. After emailing for guidance, I was asked to explain my reason for returning the item for evaluation. I was not aware of this requirement when I made the purchase, as I usually shop online due to my age. I sent a detailed explanation about returning a shaver that did not work as expected, and followed up for a prompt response to avoid any return time constraints. I have never encountered such word count restrictions before but believe that a concise and accurate explanation should suffice. I am awaiting a timely response and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau to discuss the policy further.

I've noticed that my service is inactive in your system, which is surprising because I'm not behind on payments. I also haven't received the payout for a sale I made last week. I spoke with a helpful Shopify representative named Madison who assured me the payout problem was fixed. I've tried calling for support, but I can't seem to reach a live person. I really need to talk to someone directly instead of going back and forth via email. This is all new to me as I've just started my new business. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service from Shopify. I have attempted to contact them multiple times by phone at [redacted] and [redacted], but nobody answers. The hold music is the only thing I hear. I have tried reaching out via email and received automated messages from "Get Human" asking if my issue was resolved, but I still haven't been able to speak with a representative. Shopify said they would fix the problem, but it's been 15 days with no resolution. Can anyone recommend a better company to work with?

I made a purchase of a paperback book set on July 10, [redacted] from ilovebooksandreading through Shopify. The charge of $25.19 went through on my credit card. They sent an email confirming the order (#[redacted]) and stated that the paperbacks would be shipped soon. It mentioned to expect a tracking email shortly. However, I have not received any shipping confirmation or the book set itself. I reached out via email two days ago for an update but received no response.
