Re: Order Number: *********. **I bought * pairs of shoes for my mom on * June ****. The items shipped and my credit card was charged on * June ****. However, my bank sends me emails for every transaction and every attempt at charging my card, and shoedazzle has made * attempts to charge my credit card over again which were rejected because I didnt have funds on my card and up to *:** am on ** Aug ****. But there was a successful double charge on my credit card on ** July ****. So I paid for the shoes twice, in addition to the * attempts to charge my card over and over again. I want my money back for the double charge on ** July ****, and stop the continuous attempts at charging my credit card. The total for the shoes were USD $**.**, sent to my mom Janice Samuel, ** Hill Road, Severna Park, MD *****. Please rectify the problem and reply at *****@***.com. In reading other complaints, I hope this does not have anything to do with being made a vip customer, which I did not agree to be charged for.
I want a refund and stop making continuous attempts to charge my card.
