To whom it may concern,** I and my family ( * sisters ) have a long time tradition coming to Shoe Carnival for their $ **.** gift card. However* today I was told by * worker, that it was to the *st *** but, clearly it wasn't *** people in that store. I then was told by the manager ( Chick Johnson ) that you had to be in line. What ?? Your sales paper and also the commercial states to the *st *** people. Quite a few people name in after we but, all left without buying anything. MONEY LOST... Are you in the business of losing money ? Even with $**.** off, money would have been spent. Is this a new policy ? Or is this an individual store? Please respond.
