Get a Return Authorization to get money back. ... I am Ricky Myers. I purchased a OG Triton XL pellet Smoker in on March **, **** from Academy Sports & Outdoors in Flowood, MS. The grill broke in April after using it one time. I contacted ***-***-****, in which I was sent a new augar motor. I believe the ticket number is ******. I replaced the augar motor. Then while using the grill, there was a loud pop and the motor broke again, I think in the gearbox was damaged. Another motor and augar was sent to me, which I installed. I used the grill once and the motor stopped turning after a loud pop was heard while cooking for a church event. I would like to see if I can get this grill returned and my money back because this is the third time the grill has failed in a little over * months. Love the grill, however the loss of this motor makes the grill worthless. I tried to call ***-***-**** today and get the recording that tells me that this call can not go through. I called from my cell phone with the same response.
I can't get through to ***-***-****.
Return Authorization so I can take back the Academy Sports & Outdoors for a refund.
I consider my self a good customer and understand that things break.
It was repaired twice for the same problem and broke again. Each time a new part was sent by MFR. I believe it may be a part or design problem. Motor not mounted and can flop around in augar shaft.
