Hello this is Sylvester Williams, I am a shift giger. On ********** at approximately **:** a.m. I received a email from shift gig advising me that my account had been frozen for a no call no show for ********** in which is not true on this day I worked two saperate shifts one was thornridge highschool from ** a.m. til * p.m. and the other was Concordia University kcc from * p.m. til **:** a.m. and this shift is the one in question (Concordia University kcc) I signed in as usual and then verified with the on site manager that I was there from shift gig to work then I proceeded to work, this is the same time sheet that I signed in on ********** at *:** p.m. in which I worked until **:**a.m. both times I worked with another shift giger Antoine i'm not sure of his last name. The manager I checked in with on *** ** was a lady I believe her name is Angela I can't quite remember her name but I did introduce myself with her, I signed in at * p.m. and signed out at **:** a.m. on ***** I signed in at *:** p.m. and verified I was there at *:** p.m. with the supervisor Jason and I signed out for **:** a.m. However when signing in on the app I signed in to quick and the app has me there at *:** p.m. but I immediately emailed support to make them aware of my mistake. There is a confusion and I need for it to be known that shift gig is my primary means of finance and I am moving into my new place and really need for this era to be corrected a.s.a.p or I will lose my place for no reason on my behalf. Thanks
