Hello, I find it frustrating that recently I've had to discard three large iced mochas from my daily visits due to incorrect preparation and an unpleasant change in the espresso used. I usually order my coffee with 15 pumps of chocolate, and this has been inconsistent in my recent orders. The new espresso tastes bad to me compared to what I'm used to. Additionally, I faced an issue with the tape covering the lid hole, making it hard to insert a straw. When I tried to remove the lid, two of the cups spilled, causing a mess. I'm disappointed as a loyal customer who frequents Sheetz twice daily, and spending over $33 on undrinkable beverages has been disheartening.

I went to Sheetz at [redacted] Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, on 9-9-22 at 1:40 am. As I approached the gas pump, two male employees noticed me, but it seemed they were not eager to assist. Inside, while waiting at the counter, a lady who appeared to be making food kept calling for the manager who had seen me waiting. After some time, a different lady manager, wearing glasses, finally came up. I requested $10 of gas on pump 5 and a pack of Marlboro 72 reds. She had trouble finding the cigarettes and asked for ID, which I didn't have. She then refused to sell them to me. Upset, I decided to leave, and she decided to insult me. This experience was disappointing, and I do not plan on returning to Sheetz after being treated so poorly by five employees and being called names.

I usually get my gas from Sheetz, and I have always had a high opinion of the company. Recently, I visited the new Sheetz location in Columbus on Johnstown Rd. and Stelzer Ave. I had to go inside to purchase oil as the self-checkouts were not working. Unfortunately, I was met with rude staff who seemed more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers. The interior of the store was dirty, and all the trash cans outside were overflowing. To add to the chaos, there was an impromptu car show in the parking lot causing a traffic jam. This experience was far below the usual standards I have come to expect from Sheetz.

On August 15th, I visited the Sheetz in Star City, WV, to purchase some items. The next morning, on the 16th, I tried to order food but was informed by employees that I could not be served as per management's instructions. I had to walk across the bridge to another open store before it closed to be served. This same situation occurred repeatedly over the following weeks with the staff at Star City refusing to serve me. The store manager was on vacation, and the assistant manager, who was present during these incidents, had brownish-blonde hair and wore a dress shirt that buttoned up in the front. Each time I visit the store, I face rejection from the staff.

I have a [redacted] car that normally uses unleaded 87 gasoline. Recently, based on an employee's recommendation, I switched to unleaded 88. Unfortunately, after this change, my check engine light came on, and my car's engine has been facing a variety of issues. My mechanic, who previously confirmed my engine was in excellent condition, quickly identified that these problems were caused by the new gas I used. Despite being assured that unleaded 88 was safe for my car, it seems to have led to significant damage, possibly requiring a full engine replacement. I find it disappointing that the store staff were dishonest about the gas's compatibility. When I reached out to the store manager, they confessed that unleaded 88 has a record of causing damage to engines that were previously in good shape. I have already spent close to $[redacted] trying to address the issues caused by the gas. I am eager to discuss this situation with a company representative who can address these concerns. I believe it's important to rectify the damages caused by the misleading information provided, as it has resulted in substantial expenses and risks to my safety.

Hello, I have been a loyal customer for years and recently visited the Homer City, PA store. During my visit, I purchased $51 worth of gas and asked an employee if I would earn points for buying gift cards. I proceeded to buy a few snacks along with three $25 gift cards and one $50 gift card, totaling either $[redacted] or $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I only received points for the snacks and not for the gift cards. I am requesting compensation for the missed points and urge that employees provide accurate information rather than guess when customers inquire. This issue needs to be addressed promptly. My close friend just left the hospital, and his transportation home, a wheelchair accessible van, broke down due to a water pump issue. The van is being repaired, but it might take longer than the initially advised two-hour window for him to vacate the premises. He is a veteran who was recently forced out of his nearly paid off residence by his soon-to-be ex-wife, and he is wheelchair-bound due to having both his feet amputated. We are concerned if he overstays the two-hour limit, will he face legal consequences? The situation is unfolding at Sheetz located on [redacted] Lakeside Drive, Lynchburg, VA [redacted].

As a former assistant manager who didn't choose to leave their position, someone at the store changed my banking information. Unfortunately, on 12/20/23, I did not receive my pay. Since then, I've been feeling ignored as people I spoke with initially are no longer responding to me. Despite some contacts stating they couldn't help, I reached out to HR more than two weeks ago, but the person I spoke to hasn't returned my calls. I believe it shouldn't have been too difficult to stop the original payment and issue a new check. This situation has put a significant strain on me financially, and I've been attempting to resolve it without legal representation. I hope someone can assist me in getting my pay without requiring further actions. I'm certain anyone in a similar situation would understand how frustrating this process has been for me.

I am disappointed that Sheetz has stopped selling Galliker's products at stores near my home in Pittsburgh. I grew up near Johnstown, PA, and love Galliker's. Moving to Pittsburgh, I was excited to find them at Sheetz, only to have them removed. I think sales will drop without Galliker's. I am curious which Sheetz near Pittsburgh still offers Galliker's products. Before making this change, customer input should have been considered, like in the 80s when Coke reverted its formula due to public demand. No other tea or milk matches Galliker's quality in my opinion. I have tried others like Schneiders, Turners, and Dean, but they don't compare. Please bring back Galliker's!

Hello, I recently made an online purchase using the Sheetz app/website, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. I contacted the store and was directed to DoorDash. DoorDash indicated that they are willing to take responsibility, but as the order was originally placed through Sheetz, I kindly request your help in processing a refund to my card. In my last four recent orders from Sheetz, three of them have been incorrect. Typically, I order from Sheetz once a week, occasionally every other week, whether it's for a drink or a quick bite. It's disheartening to consistently receive orders that are not as requested. For instance, when ordering double bacon and only receiving one small piece or ordering hotdogs with toppings and receiving no toppings at all. There seems to be a disconnect between the order I place and what is received. It appears there might be a mistake in the process either from a human error or a flaw in the ordering system. It's frustrating to not get what I specifically customize in my order. The only order that came out correctly was the two plain hot dogs I got for my nephew, thankfully those were accurate.

I visited store [redacted]. Can you please check my order [redacted]? I bought various items, including 2 king-size Kit Kats. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't pack them in my bag even though I paid for them. I had to go back and show her the receipt, only for her to claim she gave them to me when she hadn't. They were left on the counter. I'm frustrated with her nonchalant behavior and lack of apology. Gas isn't free, and this experience is unacceptable. I expect better customer service or I'll take my business to Circle K. I'm tired of the attitudes at this location. It would be great if I could receive some form of compensation, points, or a gesture to make up for the inconvenience and frustration. This situation is disappointing, and I'm reaching my limit with it.
