Hello, I was at Sheetz on Tuesday, February **, ****. I purchased JUUL pods and at the counter, I was treated with much disrespect. Rachael Pifer, a Sheetz manager here in Emporium Pennsylvania (*****), has harassed me on many occasions and this time has pushed me to file a complaint. She finds enjoyment in judging customers verbally about their lifestyles, the way they dress, and the way they smell. This sounds quite ridiculous I know, but I am sick of being scared to purchase items from Sheetz knowing an employee like Rachael works there. This last time I was getting change out of my coat pocket so she would not have to give me any. I needed one more penny and I mumbled under my breath “a hole”. I did not say “***”. My boyfriend who was beside me didn’t hear me, but Rachael did. She started to actually yell at me and tell me my language is inappropriate. I am eighteen years old and as an American citizen, I have a freedom of speech. She yelled at me for ten whole minutes and did not give me my dollar in change. I watched the clock as three minutes passed. Rachael was at the other end of the counter taking care of another customer. Devin, another Sheetz employee, came by and I politely asked him to give me my change. Rachael then left the customer she was attending to yell at Devin to take care of the food truck. She retrieved my dollar from the cash register and then slammed it onto the counter. I tried to apologize to her (even though I already had numerous times) and she started yelling at me again for my language, so I walked out of the store. I truly believe this woman needs to be fired. Many people in this town have terrible experiences with her in Sheetz.
