We have phone service with Shaw (***.***.****) which we use with a *-handset VTech cordless phone. As of this morning (** April), we have been unable to communicate with callers: we can hear them, but they cannot hear us.**I have taken * measures, neither of which worked: *) I disconnected our Shaw “black box” from power for an hour* and *) I followed VTech instructions to reset the phone. **We are looking for instruction as to how we might restore our phone service.
GetHuman-helbigja did not yet indicate what Shaw Communications should do to make this right.
