For the past two days (or more) I have been unable to use my land line. If someone phones me they get a busy signal. I have two cordless phones and one corded phone and none of the three have a dial tone. I have unplugged the two cordless phones for up to two hours, and when plugging them back in no luck. I have only ** minutes left on my cel phone so don't want to use it to contact you. I live alone and rely on my landline to keep in contact with friends and family.
GetHuman-jenchris did not yet indicate what Shaw Communications should do to make this right.

I was able to contact Shaw*Chat and we discovered the original cable*phone box was unplugged
