Dear madam*Sir**I have raised my concern to the Sharp washing dryer machine I purchased on *th June ****.**First of all, I have reported the fault on the Sharp washer dryer machine over ONE MONTH ago dated on the **th June ****. **And this is the second time the machine has broken down, and I am desperate for it to be fixed. THE TIME SCALE FOR THE CARRY OUT FOR THE REPAIR IS WAY TOO LONG. It's exceeding and over the ** days for the machine to be repaired. This is completely unacceptable !. **I can't be waiting for that long. And the admin sharp customer services which I contacted on this number ***********, the teams aren't helpful at all. It upset me a lot. **I contacted 'Team know how' teams and spoke to a team member for seeking help and support, they can also see this is taking too long to carry out for the repair especially as it is under the warranty.*They advised me to make Sharp aware of the time scale and to take action. **Enough is enough. I demand action now. If this is not sorted immediately, I will demand a refund or a replacement !.. If not, I will contact the relevent authorities.**I'm truly upset and feeling disappointed by Sharp team. It is severely affecting my health.
