Get an accurate reading. ... I have been trying to get a Sharp SPC*** projection clock with thermostat that can measure the indoor temp. correctly. I have purchased and had to return (*) clocks because the indoor temp. displayed is always *-* degrees above the actual temp. I have been in contact both times with the customer service dept. I was told the replacement would be tested (see copy of correspondence below.) I have received their replacement clock and it is still * degrees above actual temp. I do not believe it was tested. The know the product had a temp. defect and I was told it was fixed, but the replacement is just as off in measurement as all the rest. I would like to receive a clock that works. **Email received from SHARP:*Judi Robinson ******@***.com**Dec **, ****, *:** PM*to Nicola, me**Dear Mr. Shaffer,**Thank you for your email. *We will test the unit before we send it to you* we wish to avoid any inconvenience to you.**Best wishes for the holidays.*Regards,**Judi Robinson*Vice President, Product Development*MZ Berger**** Lexington Ave – **th Fl.* New York NY *******I have the replacement clock if they would like the defective unit back. This is the fourth projection clock I have worked with and they ALL have the same issue. The people at the customer service swear the issue has been addressed and fixed, however they are wrong. They also promise to teat the equipment before sending it, however they DO NOT!
I want a clock with accurate temperature readings.
I expect a quality product from such an established name brand.
FOUR different clocks, There are no adjustments that can be made.
