Warranty claim for broken shark apex duo upright vacuum with * years left on warranty. Girl didn't know what she was talking about. Clearly reading an algorithm and insisted on mailing a part that would fix my vacuum. It finally arrived. Did not fix my vacuum. Now I have to call them again and start over. I live in a rural area and have to take the vacuum to my mother's home so I can place these calls. I do not have cellular coverage at my address at all. I can't email with anyone - so the logistics are difficult to begin with. But to have to try to explain to someone who speaks a different language and know it isn't working but are at their mercy is frustrating. I need a working vacuum. That's all.
