I have recently returned my shark flex as it lost suction for * of the * months I had It. I swapped for a shatk lift away on *th January, excellent hoover bit I have just used the upholstery attachment on my sofa and it had basically sliced it not all the way through but very noticeable and I am very upset about this. I have pictures I can send but I would like to know what the next step might be. Many thanks*Miss R Dulson
