I was online shopping for your new Apex series uplight vacuums. *Went to the site: https:**www.sharkclean.com*vacuums*upright-vacuums**Then went to Vacuums, then to corded stick vacuums * https:**www.sharkclean.com*vacuums*stick-vacuums**I saw the Shark Apex Uplight Vacuum with Lift away, DuoClean & Self cleaning brushroll was available for $***.** with free S&H and a * year VIP limited warranty. *Went to order that model with no additional extras and when I was directed to the check out page, (https:**checkout.sharkclean.com*cgi-bin*livew*site.w?location*b*c*retail-checkout.w&frames*no&target*main&lang*en-US&sponsor********the price jumped from $***.** to $***.**. When I first got onto your site, I was offered a **% discount, and when I applied it, the price jumped up to the $***.**.**Tried to remove the **% discount since I thought perhaps that is what caused the price hike and could not get the original $***.** price. At the point I looked for a customer service number and called: ***-***-****. At first, I reached India and when I explained that I didn’t need repair service they transferred me to a sales rep, Courtney. She tried to explain how the number on the website was not anything that she was familiar with. She explained that she could take my order and ship it out, but could not fix it so that I could order online*I explained that I wasn’t willing to give her my credit card information since the website was not operating in a normal way, changing the price at check out and since the phone number that was on the website she didn’t know about. It all seems very sketchy to me. I don’t understand how you expect people to buy a product from you when the online site has a phone number to call and at the other end of that number, the sales rep claims that she is not part of that online site! *I had hoped to buy my vacuum today, but for the reasons above, I’m just very uncomfortable about your online security!
