Several different problems with shark professional vac, every time replacement sent different color.... Now I’m told I have to pay $** to cover shipping on new vac.... As much as paid for the unit I have and as many replacement parts as I had to get.... I do not feel I need to pay shipping cost.... Also, asked to speak with Supervisor several times over a * week period told one would call and never did, and finally by me calling in today again, was able to speak with one which was no help at all. To say I am pissed at this point is an understatement!! Need to speak with someone in corporate office!!!! **Andrea Smith****.***.****
