I encountered an issue on my older Windows 7 computer while trying to post contribution statements. After receiving an error and the program shutting down, I believed the post went through. When attempting to send the statements from that computer, I realized I wasn't configured to do so. Subsequently, I used a different computer to email the statements, only to find that some monthly statements were missing the earlier mentioned postings. While the entries appear in Membership and Detailed Contributions, they are absent in the Monthly Summary Statement sent out monthly. Within Contributions, the dates are labeled as "partially posted," yet no names accompany those dates. I am seeking assistance in understanding what might be causing this discrepancy.

I have multiple issues to address, but I will follow up with you next week. Currently, I am facing obstacles with Servant Keeper 5 as I upgraded but misplaced my customer number and password. Unfortunately, the program is not installed on my computer. I am based at Third Street United Methodist Church in Williamsport, PA. I plan to temporarily use my personal computer until acquiring a new one for the office. I acquired the upgrade during a training session last fall in Lock Haven on Thursday, October 24th. On that day, I also purchased small church programs for Mill Creek UMC and Bethel UMC. As I assumed pastoral duties here last July, I lack important information like license numbers, passwords, and codes. How can I best download the program—should I start with the copy I discovered and then proceed with an upgrade, or should I download the complete version outright? I currently lack codes for Servant Keeper 5. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having difficulty reaching you by phone. Additionally, I encounter an error message "Unknown picture file extension" when attempting contribution reports in SK 7. I believe my software is up to date. Trying to skip this error gives me another nonsensical message. This problem is new to me. Can you please get in touch via phone, email, or text?
