The issue in GetHuman-btrojano's own words
I have a Sennheiser HD *.** BTNC headphones and a Samsung Galaxy A* smart phone....when I got the headphones in April, they paired easily via Bluetooth with the phone.....three days ago I had occasion to factory reset the phone due to screen difficulties....since the reset I am unable to pair the headphones to the smart phone via Bluetooth.....I have the headphones turned on and the phone within * inchs, on the cell phone I have Bluetooth turned on and the phone on visible. When the smart phone scans on Bluetooth it does not find the headphones to pair with....any suggestions?
GetHuman-btrojano did not yet indicate what Sennheiser should do to make this right.
