About three months ago, I was unable to get into my account. The reason given was that I had the wrong password. I had been using the same one for at least three years, so I knew that couldn’t be the correct reason. I let it go since I was going to be leaving on a * week vacation at the beginning of September. *As I was checking one of my credit card statements a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that you had charged a payment to my account. *You would agree that a refund is due, since I have been unable to check my messages on your site for * months or longer. *Please, check your records, and send me an explanation as soon as possible.
