MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM : New components needed for EXPANDED Queen Mattress originally purchased on Jan. **, ****. Order was placed on June **, **** (order************) for $***.**. Representative was courteous, remaining warranty provided **% discount. Components received on July *. When installing components the End Walls (top & bottom) were found to be *" too short. The new(current) design has rounded ends (bullnose) to fit into the concave ends of the side pieces. The end walls are not long enough to fit into the side walls(by *" on each end which is the radius of the bullnose and half the thickness of the endwall. As I recall, the only difference between the Queen and the EXPANDED Queen Models is in the width of the mattress. If that is correct, I THINK WHAT I WAS SENT WAS AN END WALL KIT FOR A REGULAR QUEEN MATTRESS, EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CALLS IT "EXPANDED QUEEN" PART*******A. **YOUR PROBLEM:*Another call to a service rep. arranged for a return and replacement which just arrived and is the exact same part- *" TOO SHORT. Because of the mis-labeling of the part the service rep. said that it would probably be the same part, BUT AFTER CONFERRING WITH HER SUPERVISOR THEY SAID THEY HAD NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE FACTORY TO BRING THE PROBLEM TO THEIR ATTENTION. YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO AND IMPROVE YOUR INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SO THE RIGHT HAND KNOWS WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING. YOU HAVE LEFT ME WITH THE ONLY SOLUTION* TO CUT THE END PIECES IN HALF AND INSERT A *" PIECE CUT FROM MY OLD SET IN ORDER TO MAKE IT FIT. NOT A VERY GOOD SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM I PAID $***.** IN GOOD FAITH TO SOLVE. NOT A WAY TO INDUCE ME TO EVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN OR TO RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS !**George Baulig
