Decmeber of **** I purchased one of your TVs. I absolutely love it but have had nothing but issues. It will not stay connect to the wifi just an hour of tv and I'm connecting it *-* times.****Now we have high speed unlimited wifi so the wifi is not the issue. We have a second seiki tv in the house that has treated us very well and we have no issues with it whatsoever !****Anyways today I turned my tv on to find the screen completley messed up. It is bolted to a tv stand and has never been moved. Always gets dusted and is definitely not overheated. I was watching cartoons with my son this morning for ** minutes and it was fine! Turn it on tonight at *** pm and its complelty messed up. I am so upset and I cannot afford a new tv but I dont think I purchased the warranty.***I'm almost postive I had bought a faulty tv with my luck, but I'm contacting you guys to see if you can have a manager contact me about sending me a new tv becasue I simply cannot afford a new one with moving into a new home this feburary with my one year old****I have sent you an email and attached a picture of the tv i bought a few years back and also attached a video of what i turned my tv on to see tonight . I hope you guys can understand where I am coming from and could help me out ! Thank you so much for your time :)
