I am experiencing an issue with my TV displaying "no signal." Currently, I am connected to my home WiFi. I contacted my service provider, Worldline, and confirmed that my home connection is fine through their Smart RG router. My TV, a Seiki Muse model that is 5 years old, has been working well until now. It continuously shows "no signal" or prompts me to run an auto scan for channels. However, I am unable to access these options using my remote, and the TV does not respond as expected. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the problem, I have not been successful. I would appreciate any advice or guidance as I am not very tech-savvy and feeling a bit frustrated. Thank you, S. Mulrooney.

I'm having trouble getting my Axxera multimedia DVD receiver to play a DVD on my 32-inch Seiki TV in my Thor Axis motorhome. The setup is designed to play on all three TVs, but I can't seem to access the menu to select the input on the TV. Previously, the only highlighted input was TV, with HDMI and other inputs grayed out. Today, when I checked the SOURCE options for connections, only the "TV" option had a signal. How can I fix this issue?

Hello, I recently attempted to update the firmware on my newly acquired Seiki-SE39UY04 using an install.img file. The update process appeared to be successful as it displayed "update complete," but following this, the TV shut off and restarted without displaying the SEIKI logo. I have since tried leaving the TV unplugged for over 15 minutes in hopes of triggering a hard reset, however, this did not resolve the issue. Any advice on how to restore the functionality of my TV would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a 65" Seiki TV (Serial Number: 6590M0429S00049) SE65UY04 from HHGregg in [redacted]. Recently, the screen's picture dimmed, and I can only view an image by standing directly in front of it. HHGregg went bankrupt, and attempts to retrieve my warranty have been unsuccessful through the new company. A repair service identified the issue as a faulty Power Supply Inverter Board on the Motherboard. However, Seiki Corp. is out of stock on this part for over a year and a half. Despite reaching out to various companies associated with Seiki, I am unable to obtain the required part. I am willing to purchase the part and cover repair costs. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In December [redacted], I purchased one of your TVs and it has given me nothing but trouble. Despite having high-speed wifi, the TV keeps disconnecting frequently, requiring me to reconnect it 3-6 times per hour. Strangely, we have a second Seiki TV at home that functions perfectly. Today, when I turned on my TV, I found the screen completely glitched out, even though it has always been stationary, well-maintained, and not exposed to overheating. I cannot afford a new TV, and I don't think I have a warranty. I hope to hear from a manager soon about the possibility of receiving a replacement TV, as I am moving into a new home in February with my one-year-old. I have already emailed you a picture of the TV I bought and a video showing its current issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I need help understanding the basic connections for the color cords. I only want to achieve picture and sound, nothing fancy. I have a TBI, so I find it challenging to follow complex instructions. The cords are currently set on YpBRp, and I prefer not to change that setting. I would appreciate simple guidance on where to plug the colored cords back in. Thank you.

My TV is less than six months old, and I am looking for a quote to replace the 49-inch screen. Unfortunately, I am on a fixed income and can't afford to buy a new TV, as my monthly income just covers my bills. My friend who is disabled, like myself, relies on the TV as a companion, and we often shop online together.

Good afternoon, I am seeking assistance with my Seiki 31" flatscreen TV, model # SE32HY27-D, serial # 3291M0425S02447. The TV is a few years old and I seem to have misplaced the remote control. I recently attempted to insert a DVD into the TV's side slot for the first time in many years, only to realize I couldn't control the DVD without the remote. My main issue now is getting the DVD out. I've tried looking for a manual release hole similar to some laptops and DVD players but haven't had any luck. All I really need is to retrieve the DVD from the TV. I don't mind if the TV doesn't play DVDs as I have an external player. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After losing my local channels, I performed an auto rescan to recover them. Unfortunately, they did not return in high definition. Following advice from my cable provider, Verizon, I need to contact the Seiki manufacturer as I do not have a set-top box for them to remotely correct the issue. My Seiki TV details are Model SC402GS, Serial No. 4090M9244S00310, manufactured in September [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance in restoring or locating the high-definition channels. I bought a Seiki DVD player model BD660 from London Drugs around two years ago. Recently, I tried to play a regular DVD and a Blu-ray disc on it, and both times the player failed to play them correctly. It started flashing back and forth and eventually stopped playing the discs altogether. This happened multiple times with different regular and Blu-ray discs. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have a Seiki SE42FYT TV that was functioning properly until I attempted to sign in to YouTube and the TV froze. I tried various troubleshooting steps like pressing the power button on the remote, changing the batteries, and manually turning off the TV. However, when I powered it back on, the Seiki logo briefly appears before the TV shuts off. I even unplugged the TV for a few days to see if that would resolve the issue but to no avail. Unfortunately, I am unable to access any menus before the TV turns off. I am seeking advice on how to repair this relatively new TV.

Hello, I own a Seiki TV with model number SE43FGT. The remote control has become worn out, and I am in need of a replacement. I have tried searching for a new remote on various online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, but I have not been able to find one with the exact model number. I have noticed that there are many remotes that look similar to mine, but I am unsure if they would be compatible. Furthermore, I have come across some negative reviews, which has made me concerned. I have a Seiki TV with the model number SE32HY19T. This morning, everything was working fine as I had it connected to my PC using an HDMI cable to use it as a second screen for streaming shows. I moved the TV to another location and reconnected all the cables (sound to stereo, HDMI cables for DVD and PC) as they were before, but now the TV turns on and then shuts off after about 30 seconds to a minute. I've tried various online tips like unplugging the TV for an hour, holding the power button while plugging it back in, disconnecting the HDMI cables, and even using the built-in YouTube, but it seems to freeze when connecting to Wi-Fi or trying online troubleshooting. The issue persists with the TV shutting off on its own.

I have a [redacted] Seiki 45-inch screen with S/N: 5090M8239S000798, model SE 501TS. It seems like it has been deprogrammed. It was working fine, but suddenly the screen went black even though the power light remains on. Prior to this issue, there were problems with losing channels, and now it only goes to a select few. I previously reached out about this, and received a set of codes, but I couldn't use them as the TV is in the lock position in A-CHIP mode, and I cannot access the setup menu.

My Seiki 55-inch TV remote is currently not functioning. The TV displays "No signal," and I have no alternative way to control it without the remote. I purchased a new remote identical to the original from Amazon, but it is not pairing with the TV. Even when attempting to program it, such as using the LED button, it fails to connect to the TV (for example, the TV button does not prompt the LED button to blink). The TV model is SC-50UK700N, and the serial number is 507AD0MNK903QA[redacted]6.

I am experiencing an issue with my Seiki TV model SE39HXC1CA. When I power it on, it automatically shuts down within a minute. I've attempted to navigate the menu, but it shuts off too quickly to make any adjustments. This problem has rendered my TV practically unusable, which is disappointing considering it's only four years old. Unfortunately, my two-year warranty has expired. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem, as I truly enjoyed using this TV.

My [redacted] Seiki Muse TV keeps turning off after a few minutes, even though the power remains on with a red light but no blue light. The menu is accessible but slow to respond to commands, making it hard to check settings like the sleep timer and factory reset before the TV shuts off. Additionally, the TV is unresponsive to the remote. When I power on the TV, it displays the Seiki sign-in screen, but I am unable to connect to YouTube.

I am an employee at a cable TV and internet service provider. We have encountered multiple cases involving Seiki brand TVs that shut off after approximately 18 seconds when connected to the internet. Interestingly, the issue seems to resolve when the internet connection is disabled. However, once reconnected, the TV consistently powers off after the same short time frame. We are trying to determine if others have experienced this specific problem. It seems that the TV might be initiating an update that causes a malfunction in the system.

I have been struggling to contact someone regarding a Return Authorization for my Seiki 55" TV purchased on August 18, [redacted], at The Brick in Hanna AB. Despite sending numerous emails to all available Seiki addresses with pictures of the issue, I have yet to receive a response. There is a pink vertical line on the last half of the screen. My email is [redacted] The Brick advised me to contact Seiki for the return authorization, but this has proven difficult.
