I listed a ticket for resale on seetickets ([redacted]5 - Queens Of The Stone Age, Finsbury Park). However, I'm having trouble identifying my ticket among the resale listings. How can I ensure that my ticket is the one being sold? Also, since my ticket hasn't arrived yet, how can I send it if it doesn't arrive in time? Perhaps I should have waited for the ticket to arrive and sold it at the event instead. Please contact me at [redacted]6 or email me at [redacted] for any assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased 6 tickets to see The Parlotones, but mistakenly booked the wrong venue. I intended to book for Friday 9th November at Ruby Lounge in Manchester, not for Thursday 8th November at The Wardrobe in Leeds. Unfortunately, I realized my error right after placing the order and have been unsuccessful in trying to modify or cancel it. Could you please assist me in cancelling this booking so that I can rebook for the correct Manchester show? I understand the mistake was mine, but these tickets are meant as a birthday gift for my father, and neither of us can make it on the Thursday. I would be extremely grateful if you could accommodate this change for me as I cannot bear the cost of booking again. Thank you, Tim

To whom it may concern, I recently received tickets to watch Camel at the Royal Albert Hall on September 17th at 19:30 with reference number [redacted]1. Even though my mother bought these three tickets for me and my friends, I need to collect them from the box office since she won't be traveling with us. She got an email mentioning that only PayPal account holders could pick up the tickets along with some identification. As my mother won't be there, I was wondering if I could bring copies of her ID/passport and the emails she received as proof for collecting the tickets. Looking forward to your response, Thank you, M.

I had trouble booking tickets on the See Tickets website three times due to timed out errors and ended up purchasing from Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, I couldn't directly contact See Tickets about the issue without a booking reference. After searching online, I found a way to contact them through a third party forum like this one. I hope they address these website problems because it's frustrating. If I don't hear back within seven days, I might consider canceling my membership. See Tickets should improve their communication for customers who don't use social media. This experience wasted a lot of my time and was extremely difficult. I wasn't satisfied with the service at all.

I am a customer who is experiencing difficulty purchasing tickets during the pre-sale using a promotional code. Despite trying multiple times over an extended period, I encountered error messages each time I attempted to add tickets to my basket. On the one occasion when I successfully placed 4 tickets in my basket and proceeded to the payment screen, I was met with a message indicating an unspecified error whenever I tried to process the payment within the 15-minute timeframe. It was frustrating to find out that due to this issue, the tickets were released back for sale. When I attempted to secure another set of 4 tickets, the system informed me that I already purchased tickets, even though the payment had not gone through. This experience has left me without pre-sale tickets and unable to access the booking screen again, causing unnecessary stress. I simply want to purchase the tickets smoothly. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Laura J.

I obtained a pre-sale code for Take That tickets and attempted to buy tickets in Southampton on May 25th, [redacted]. I tried to purchase 4 standing tickets with insurance, but my card details were being processed through Lloyd’s Bank, causing a time out. Upon retrying the pre-sale code, I was informed it was invalid. The system's inability to handle the purchase and lack of customer service options have left me feeling cheated and disappointed. I have been a loyal See Tickets customer, but this experience has been unprofessional. I am requesting a chance to buy tickets with my pre-sale voucher or receive a new one. Looking forward to your response. - L.H.

Today, I had a code to buy tickets for Take That. I successfully selected 2 tickets for the Tuesday show in Birmingham. The seats were in block 7 for £78 each. However, after entering my payment details, I received a temporary error message. Despite numerous attempts while the timer was running, I couldn't complete the purchase. I'm unsure if the transaction went through. When I tried to use the code again, I was informed it had already been used. It seems like I may not have secured the tickets due to the technical issues. I would appreciate a prompt response to clarify the situation.

Hello, I used a special code yesterday to try to book tickets for TAKE THAT at the London O2 next year. Despite facing timing out and tickets being sold out before I could complete the purchase, I eventually managed to book using my Mastercard. However, during the transaction, I received a message that my bank declined the payment for security reasons. After waiting for an hour, I tried again and successfully made a purchase using PayPal and the special code. Shortly after, I received confirmation emails from PayPal and SeeTickets indicating the successful booking. To my surprise, I then got another email from SeeTickets confirming a separate order made with my Mastercard, resulting in an unnecessary purchase of three extra tickets. It seems there was an issue with the special code allowing multiple uses. Can you assist me in resolving this confusion? Thank you, Alan.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Ticket Transfer Hello See Tickets, I am in need of urgent assistance with my recent ticket purchase for the Take That Tour [redacted] Concert. I bought two tickets yesterday morning, 26.09.18, using the promotion code TT04FOOT2M2. Upon checking today, I noticed available seating that I would like to transfer my tickets to. I contacted [redacted] yesterday and was advised to reach out to you directly regarding this transfer request. I am unsure of the correct contact number to call as the one I tried yesterday directed me back to emailing [redacted] The price remains the same, and I am simply hoping to switch to a different day and seating arrangement. Any guidance or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I eagerly await your response. Thank you and kind regards, Charmaine Campbell

Hello, I have encountered difficulty trying to reach out to the appropriate contact for assistance. I had bought two tickets to attend the Billie Eilish concert next year. Regrettably, I was asleep when she announced the VIP tickets and by the time I woke up, they were already sold out. My tickets are for the Monday show, and the only available meet and greet tickets are for the Tuesday show. The condition is that you must have a valid ticket for the corresponding show to purchase VIP tickets. Unfortunately, the Tuesday show is sold out, or I would have bought tickets for that show to acquire the VIP passes. Meeting Billie Eilish would mean the world to me, so I am reaching out to inquire if there is any possible solution to this dilemma. I am eager to meet her and am even willing to purchase a single VIP ticket for Tuesday to make it happen. I sincerely hope there is a way to resolve this situation. Thank you.

Today, on November 8th, I bought 2 adult tickets for Carfest on Saturday, July 27th, [redacted], from the SEE Tickets website. My initial attempt to purchase the tickets failed due to a timeout issue on the website. I didn't receive a purchase confirmation screen, so I thought the transaction hadn't gone through. I tried again and successfully completed the purchase, receiving booking reference number [redacted]3. However, I later discovered that I had inadvertently made a duplicate order, resulting in another booking reference number [redacted]9 due to the timeout error. I believe there was a system conflict causing me to unknowingly place an extra order. I would like to request a cancellation and a refund for booking reference [redacted]9.

I attempted to purchase tickets through the website. After entering my card details and receiving an error message prompting me to return to the search page, I complied and tried again. To my surprise, I discovered two separate order confirmations in my email inbox, although I received the error message twice. Despite contacting See Tickets multiple times, including through email where they confirmed the tickets had been dispatched, and trying to reach them by phone with no success except for a recorded message, I have not received any further assistance.

Good evening, I purchased two tickets for New Year's Eve under the London Eye using this service. On December 13th, I received an email at my email address [redacted] with the dispatch confirmation (order reference: [redacted]5, 2 ticket numbers 4[redacted] for the Red Area on Monday, December 31, [redacted]). The tickets have not arrived yet, and I suspect the issue might be the name discrepancy. When buying the tickets, we used my boyfriend's name (Giovanni La Rocca) as the reference but my home address (via Monte Grappa 16/A Muggiò (MB) [redacted] Italia). How can we resolve this issue and ensure I receive the tickets? Is it possible to have the tickets delivered to the same address but with my name, Francesca Macheda? Apologies for the confusion, and I appreciate any assistance. Please get back to me soon. Have a nice day.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Neighborhood Weekender as a Christmas gift. Although my See Tickets account displayed 2 tickets, I was actually charged for 4 tickets on my bank statement. I chatted with Jasmyne on Monday, December 17th and requested a refund for the extra 2 tickets I did not want or receive, or to receive the additional 2 tickets I was wrongly charged for. Currently, I do not see any tickets in my account, which makes it impossible to reference for live chat support - another significant flaw in the customer service system. I have only been refunded for the 2 tickets I actually want instead of all 4, leaving me ticketless for the event and still £[redacted] overcharged during the holiday season. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this situation.

Yesterday evening around 5:15 pm, I purchased four OAP tickets for Kew Gardens on Thursday, July 11th through See Tickets. The payment of £58 was charged to my Barclaycard; however, I did not receive a confirmation or my e-tickets. Unfortunately, I didn't note down my order number, and when I reached out to the chat line, they couldn't find any record of my tickets linked to my address. I'm concerned if this is a scam. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase 2 tickets for the Tedeschi Trucks concert at the SSE Arena on February 1st, [redacted]. After completing all the steps and entering my details, I did not receive confirmation that the order was successful. I ended up buying tickets from another website. Later, I noticed that the amount was debited from my account. When I contacted Seetickets, they mentioned sending an email on either the 19th or 22nd of July, which I did not receive. I have been unable to locate my reference number. I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Good afternoon! I'm Miriam, and a friend of mine resold us two tickets for the Arenal Sound festival on November 15. Unfortunately, my friend accidentally provided the wrong email address, which does not exist, resulting in us not being able to access the tickets. Is there a way to resend the tickets to her original correct email, [redacted]? Her name is Cecilia Vázquez Nieto, and her date of birth is July 14, [redacted]. We have the ticket with the reference number; we just need to update the email address, which was previously incorrectly set to [redacted] Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Miriam

I purchased 2 tickets for Jon Hopkins at the Bridgwater Hall in Manchester on March 13th, [redacted]. I mistakenly used Autofill and entered an old work email address ([redacted]) that is no longer in use. This has prevented me from receiving a confirmation email or my e-tickets. Unfortunately, I forgot to note down the reference number after making the purchase. Due to not having the correct email address or reference number, I am unable to access See Tickets' live chat or online customer service query form. Despite attempting to call them three times using the number on the website, I keep getting cut off after the recorded message ends. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Good evening, I would like to file a complaint regarding the payment of my order [redacted]6, concerning several tickets for Capital Do Natal in Lisbon. I believe that what is advertised does not match the actual offer, which is far from reality. I understand there has been deceptive advertising, so I wish to receive a refund for my tickets totaling [redacted] euros. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, C.S.

I haven't received any email or tickets for my Christmas at Kew booking scheduled for Thursday, December 19th at 6:20 or 6:40. The booking includes 4 adults and 2 children under the names Vicky McClure, Victoria McClure, or Brad Galton. I need confirmation that the tickets are being sent as family members are traveling from Newcastle for this event. This is the third time I am reaching out, and I would appreciate speaking to a customer service representative directly. My contact number is [redacted].
