The email communication with SEE was professional, efficient and steady and, yes, tickets were received. The frustration is that there was no other direct line of communication with them and without my investing time online, the problem would likely still be unresolved. All because they didn’t do the simplest thing in the first place.

Name on the account, Order number, Email address on the account, and Date of birth
The issue in GetHuman-rdavorei's own words
Get email confirmation of ticket order (payment already made) and ultimately, the tickets themselves. ... I booked two tickets with SEE on **.** payment taken on ** July. NO confirmation email received. No reference number, just the number on bank statement which I assumed was the ref no. Have tried on line form* doesn't accept ref no, says it has sent email to prompt forgotten details. nothing received.
There was no way of achieving direct communication with SEE in the first place. All in all, it will have cost a couple of hours of time online to sort out.
GetHuman-rdavorei did not yet indicate what See Tickets should do to make this right.
