On Sunday May **,**** I ordered the DVD "Crazy Heart" with Jeff Bridges. I apparently ordered three copies. Maybe it is because I used a promotion code of get * for the price of *. I was listed at $*.** plus shipping of $*.**. I only wanted one. I tried my best starting that day and each day thru Thurs. May **th cuz my bank account was being charged $*.** times *. It had been showing as pending til then. On Fri May **th. now I am returning * copies and expecting to get reimbursed for $**.** (Price of each DVD plus shipping charges from you end*. i am willing to pay my return fee. This problem has been reported to my bank. Please resolve ASAP. You should have my card info.thanks, Pamela Runyon.
