On Sunday May **,**** I ordered the DVD "Crazy Heart" with Jeff Bridges. I then reaiized that I must have ordered three of the same DVD. Maybe it is because I used the promotion code that had been sent to me from you via email. I only wanted one copy, which was listed at $*.** plus $*.** shippping *which is a a rediculously high cost*. I tried to cancel the two orders I did not. I contacted you every day Sunday thru Thursday to explain the problem. My bank account was showing $*.** three times as pending.I called my bank to explain the problem. Then on Friday May **th I received three.copies. I am returning two of the copies, and expect to be reimbursed for the total of the copies plus shipping "**.**". I am willing to cover the shipping cost of the one return package on my end. I have no idea how much that will be. Please note that I used a promotion code for * DVDs for the price of one, which was never taken into consideration. I just wanted you to know that you have terrible customer service. This should have been taken care of on Sun,may **th.
